Closing the investment just starts the fun! We provide tools for companies you invest in to communicate with you on a regular basis so that you know how to serve them post-transaction. We also provide you with a your own dashboard to receive personalized content, manage your community activity, and monitor your impact investing portfolio,
Sourcing
Use the combined networks of Sapient and its global partners, we are able to attract a growing number of quality impact companies representing a wide variety of regions and causes.
Vetting
You begin with a search of our database of pre-qualified companies based on your profile and criteria. Once you find a match, we make the connection in our private communication system and the company grants you access to their virtual data room. You can also invite others in your network to help you evaluate the company and co-invest.
Closing
We provide a secure system to negotiate and close the financing contract, archive contracts from all of your Sapient Marketplace investments, and an escrow account in which to wire funds that are released according to contractual contingencies.

Investors receive the same financial return they receive for any other charitable contribution (a tax deduction) but have the potential to increase their charitable capital from any returns generated by their investment in a QBL company.
